Questions
Serving Denver Tech Center, Denver and the surrounding areas
Our patients often ask questions about services we provide, details about our practice, or what types of insurance we accept. Please take a look below, if you don't find what you're looking for, give us a call.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept most major dental insurance. Specific PPO plans may require patients to see only listed dentists on the plan. These plans may offer a benefit if we are out the network. Please call prior to your appointment to inquire about specifics.
What can I expect at my first visit?
First routine visit is usually a thorough examination of teeth and gums, dental prophylaxis (cleaning), and if needed appropriate digital x-rays.
Do you treat kids?
We treat children of all ages beginning around age 3 with teeth polish, flouride treatment, and exam. Depending on cooperation of a young child, first visit may only involve a ride in the chair and visit to the toy box. Gradual introduction may be necessary to insure a pleasant experience.
Do you whiten teeth?
We offer both in offize ZOOM whitening system which can whiten your teeth in one appointment, and take home tray systems to keep your teeth white for many years to come.
What type of dental lab do you use?
We use only local (Denver area) dental labs. Our long term relationship with lab technicians assures the highest quality of fabrication, materials, and workmanship. This has been time tested with great success.
Do you refer to dental specialists?
Many disciplines of dentistry do require treatment by a specialist. These may include root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, and advanced gum care. We refer, when needed, to only the best doctors in the area.
Do you offer sedation?
We offer nitrous oxide sedation (laughing gas) and/or anti-anxiety pre-medication.
Do you see emergencies?
We schedule emergencies immediately during working hours. Call the office at 303-741-1011 for after hour instructions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate at least 24 hour notice of cancellations.
